1. Who controls data?

The operator of this website is SEROQ EDUCATION & TRAINING COMPUTER SOFTWARE - FZCO, located at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For privacy requests contact support@seroqcapital.com.

2. Website operation and hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify. Technical request data such as IP address, timestamps, requested URLs, browser information and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the pages, protect the service and diagnose errors. Provider retention of technical and security logs varies by service and configuration. You may request more information through our customer support contact.

The website presently does not intentionally use advertising trackers, embedded social media pixels, third-party analytics scripts or a newsletter form. The product screenshots and graphics are served from the same site.

3. Payments

Clicking the purchase button opens a Stripe-hosted checkout page via the license server. Stripe then processes payment, billing and transaction data according to its own notices and the arrangements with the seller. The website itself is not intended to collect card details. Stripe may apply its own necessary cookies and fraud-prevention technologies.

4. Order processing and license delivery

To supply the purchased software license and handle support, the operator and its payment/fulfillment providers may process order identifiers, purchaser contact details, payment status, license status and relevant support communications. Only information necessary for these purposes should be collected. Payment, order and license delivery records may be processed by Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (license/order records) and Netlify (hosting) for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Order and licensing records are used to provide access, handle support and payment disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention criteria depend on the active license, dispute and support needs, provider configurations and applicable legal requirements. You can ask about applicable retention or deletion by contacting support.

5. Desktop application

Personal AI Studio is a separate Windows application. Local profiles, conversation records and selected files are intended to remain in the customer's local application storage unless the customer selects content for AI processing or uses a future connected service. When a user sends an AI request, the selected prompt and relevant context may be transmitted to the AI provider selected by the user. The AI provider has its own privacy policies and processing terms. The Windows application includes Gmail and Google Calendar connection functionality using customer OAuth authorization, but connection is not currently available for all purchasers; a broader rollout requires Google approval. Browser tools access public pages when permitted. Recognized LIVE speech can be saved locally with opt-in; live voice and AI requests use the user-selected providers such as ElevenLabs and OpenAI. Relevant messages or requested Google content may be transmitted to these providers to fulfill user instructions. Phone and WhatsApp notifications are not yet available. 6. International processing

Because the operator is based in the UAE and external service providers may operate internationally, personal information may be processed across borders. Such processing may require contractual safeguards or other protective measures depending on the relevant jurisdiction and service. For questions about a particular transfer or your applicable rights, contact support.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, or lodge a complaint with a regulator. Contact support@seroqcapital.com for an applicable rights request. Identity verification may be needed.
