Terms of sale & license
Important terms for purchasing and using the software.
1. Seller and scope
These terms concern the purchase of a Personal AI Studio software license from SEROQ EDUCATION & TRAINING COMPUTER SOFTWARE - FZCO, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Support: support@seroqcapital.com.
2. Product and current functionality
Personal AI Studio is a Windows desktop AI assistant. The Windows application provides an AI chat experience, supported voice interaction, locally managed conversation and memory features, a basic agent core with local tools and approvals, and handling of selected TXT, MD, CSV, JSON and LOG documents. Product capabilities can vary according to operating system, hardware, internet connectivity and third-party services.
Browser tools are available in the current Windows application. Gmail and Google Calendar tools have been implemented, but connection for the general public requires Google authorization and is not currently available to all buyers. Proactive telephone calls and WhatsApp notifications are not included in the current product. Availability of third-party integrations depends on the corresponding provider.
3. License and limitations
For a one-time purchase price of USD 99 (before applicable checkout-displayed taxes or exchange charges), the customer is granted a non-exclusive, personal right to use the purchased version of the software on one activated installation. The license is not a transfer of copyright or ownership of the source code. Requests relating to replacement devices or lost activation credentials should be sent to support@seroqcapital.com. New major features and services are not promised as part of the license unless expressly stated at purchase.
4. External service and usage costs
The software requires the customer to connect compatible third-party AI API credentials to use AI responses. The price does not include OpenAI, ElevenLabs or other external API usage, telephone charges or optional services. Such providers may charge separately according to their own terms.
5. Payment, activation and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe after the checkout availability checks. An order is not considered fulfilled merely because the browser reaches a success page. A license is delivered only after the seller verifies successful payment through an authorized payment confirmation process. A personal purchase code is delivered to the email address supplied at checkout following verified payment, and is entered during installation. A customer onboarding guide is provided after purchase.
6. Responsible use
The customer is responsible for lawful use of the app, the content they submit, their provider credentials and the actions they authorize. Future integrations may require additional terms and permissions. The app must not be used to send spam, access accounts without permission or perform unlawful activity.
7. Availability, limits and third parties
Features relying on internet services may be affected by service outages, provider changes and usage limits. The operator does not control independent third-party services. Mandatory statutory warranties and consumer remedies remain applicable.
8. Refunds and statutory rights
See the Refunds & cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms excludes legal consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived in the applicable jurisdiction. Digital content withdrawal and cancellation rules differ by country and will be observed where applicable.
9. Contact and changes
Questions, complaints, activation issues and purchase disputes may be sent to support@seroqcapital.com. Last editorial update: 3 November 2026.
